Nice BANTAM TRAVELWARE 18" Suitcase Flower Pattern - Mod Theme
Vintage 1960's-1970's brightly colored flower pattern suitcase by Bantam, made in Japan. Floral pattern of bright yellow, orange, greens and browns. Marked piece
featuring horse and carriage themed images - two main images duplicated at 180 degrees with additional images in center and corners.
Suitcase measures 18 1/2" x 12 1/2" with 4 1/2" depth - subject to some stuffing and compression it can probably vary from 18" x 12" x 4" to 21" x 14" x 7". Exterior has flower pattern canvas, interior single color vinyl lining.
Excellent used condition with no rips, tears, stains or loss of graphics - virtually no signs of use. Acquired from estate so I don't have detailed history on the case other than the prior owner seemed to have a large number of personal and household pieces in new or like new condition. Appeared to be many gifts over the years as some had cards and tags still attached. This is sort of situation that got gift cards taking over gift selection. The only signs of possible use that I can detect is the plastic feet have the most minimal amount of scuffing. Close inspection showed nothing more in or out such as lint, hair, crumbs, stains, etc. No funky odors.
