NOS, Pencil cartridge. Turns a T-1 Ball Point Pen into a pencil. Although this looks like a ball point pen refill, it is actually a cartridge that has pencil lead in it. Put it in your T-1 Ball Point and you have a pencil. Very Rare!! I would almost bet that the last one of these sold on E-Bay was by me 20 years ago.
