Item Description
Up for your consideration is a fine hand-painted p
air of 19th C. Royal Vienna style plates. either German or Austrian, c. 1900. They are marked on the underside with a hand-painted cobalt blue beehive mark, and are titled "Amore" and "Spring." The plates measure 10.25" in diameter.
Overall, the plates are in very good condition, free of chips, cracks, or scratching to the fine painted scenes. There is moderate gilt loss to the inner gold band, likely from stacking and some very minor wear to the raised decoration surrounding the perimeter.
