Carlsbad Made in Austria??? Ewer Vase w/ Dragon Handle Floral Footed

Please note that the last three photos are of a different vase for reference only to clarify the faded mark on this vase.
I researched high and low to find the origin of this vase and finally found one of the same design. This footed vase has hand painted floral with a flying dragon handle. It measures 6"h x 3.5 w. The makers mark did not take very well but I believe what we can see it the top of the crown. Please see the mark on the reference vase to compare. It has one flake on the inside of the lip - see photo for detail. Otherwise in great condition.
