    Description

    This hand painted cup from Vienna, Austria from the period 1891-1914 and featuring plums with gold trim around the rim and on the handle, measures 3” in diameter, 4 ½” tall and weighs 11 ounces. It has the initials RK painted on the bottom with the Vienna Austria makers' mark. H. P. Leonard of New York was the importer of this cup during that time listed. I have seen other pieces of porcelain from this era and region with hand-painted initials and/or names and dates but don't have any idea the name who's initials are on this cup. It is in fine condition with one small chip on one plumb painting (see photos) but no cracks or scratches. (2168-F)
