    Description

    FOR SALE:
    Very pretty porcelain plate with a Gothic style arched edge with gold gilt highlights.  Has a ring of clusters of roses.  The mark is M&Z Austria in green; this mark was used by Moritz Zdekauer between 1884 and 1909.   Plate is approx. 6 1/2 inches in diameter.
    One of the points has a very small chip to the back edge but is barely noticeable on the front of the plate.  Some of the roses have scratches where the color has worn off (see photos) but it still displays well.  No other chips or cracks.  There a few spots that appear to be from the manufacturing process but don't affect the use or look of the plate.
